The Bible talks about many thrones. Thrones represent power and sovereignty. There are thrones for kings, such as that which King David sat. And then there is the throne of God. The True Reason for Easter
Easter is a great time to celebrate. Many get together with family, share a meal and perhaps have special treats for the kids. But why do we celebrate? It has nothing to do with bunnies and eggs. In the third part of my post about Lazarus and the rich man (Luke 16:19-31), we will discuss heaven; what it might be like and the hope and assurance that those who love God and believe in Jesus Christ will spend eternity with Him there. What a great gift God has offered us, if we only accept it by believing and trusting in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
