There was a sermon a couple weeks ago about how Christianity is exclusive…yet very inclusive. Jesus Christ offers salvation to ALL who believe. If you trust in Jesus Christ, you will be saved. No exceptions. But it is ONLY through Jesus Christ. There is no other way to heaven. No other way to the Father. Jesus is the only way. Through Him we have eternal life. That is the truth.
John 14:1-6
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Jesus is the one and only way to salvation. Enter through His gate. The road is narrow, but it is worth it. Through His blood, through His death, our sins are forgiven. His sacrifice allowed us to be reconciled to God. We are saved by His grace through faith i Him. When we accept that grace, we are declared righteous, not by anything we do but by what Christ did for us. Thank God!
Romans 3:21-26
But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
Galatians 3:22
But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
Galatians 3:26-29
For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
God promised Abraham that all nations would be blessed. Jesus came to this earth, born of a virgin, though the line of Abraham. Jesus made a new covenant with us, that all who have faith in Him would have eternal life, Jew and Gentile alike. All who trust in Him are children of God.
Colossians 1:13-20
He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.
All things, everything was created through Jesus Christ. And, everyone is saved through Him. Through Jesus, we are declared righteous.
1 John 2:1-2
My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
